Pneumatic Clamp with and without Copper Shoes
Copper shoes can be outfitted on clamps to provide a copper backing material for the initial welding root pass. Clamps with copper back up plates usually do not have centering stops.
Pneumatic Clamp with and without Copper Shoes Features
- Standard sizes 6″-60″, available upon request
- Clamps 12″-60″ will cover two pipe sizes by use of conversion kits
- Adjustable for the various wall thickness within clamp’s range
- Powered travel drive available on models 12″-60″
- For efficient operation, the compressed air pressure should be 180-200 PSI. (12.4-13.8 Bar)
- Maximum safe working pressure in 225 PSI (15.5 Bar)
